She is a very environmentally conscious businesswoman who regularly travels to China to inspect each phase of the manufacturing process, from bamboo selection to fiber processing to packaging in order to insure that Bamboo Moon products are of the highest quality.

On our items that do have a cotton blend it is only in the weft, not in the loop of the fabric, so all the material that touches the skin still looks and feels luxurious. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our Distribution Center is located in Van Nuys, California and we currently have about 150 retail stores, spas and hotels across the US, Canada, Chili and Argentina. Our sales force is expanding rapidly and we have independent national Reps and Contractors working our line.

Our manufacturer is firmly committed to producing a "green" product that is manufactured to current environmental standards, operates safely and is compliant with the labor law codes.
The manufacturer has a Quality Control Manager who personally inspects each run and assures that all fabric that leaves the plant meets specifications.
The manufacturer's bamboo fiber is made from well-selected, non-polluted bamboo in Sichuan Province. The manufacturer has built its own bamboo plantation and keeps tight control on quality, so as to ensure each bamboo selected is 100% natural and without any chemical pesticides or chemical organic matter.'
The bamboo fiber has passed 'oeko-tex 100 Class l', which means the fiber is free of harmful substances.
In order to reduce the pollutant discharge during production, they have rebuilt the discharging establishment and all the sewage processes of filtration and reclamation. In addition, they have strict controls on exhaust emission. All the data have met the governmental protection standards.
